Hello beautiful souls!

Hope your recent days have been full of light and love.

There is something about the New Moon that invites us to become quiet.

The sky grows dark.
The world seems to soften.

And beneath the noise of everyday life, we are given a chance to listen again.

To ourselves.

To what is asking to be released.
To what is ready to begin.
To what quietly wants to grow.

I wanted to bring back Return to Self to serve as a resounding space for that pause.

A space to step away from the noise and come back to the place within where you can simply breathe, listen, and be.

A New Moon Invitation

The New Moon has always felt like a beautiful reminder that not every season is meant for doing.

Some seasons are for planting.

For resting beneath the surface.
For tending to what cannot yet be seen.
For allowing something new to take root.

This gathering is an invitation to honor that quieter part of the cycle.

We’ll begin with meditation and gentle pranayama, allowing the breath to bring us into the present moment.

From there, we’ll move into Yoga Nidra—a practice of deep rest—before surrendering into a journey of sound, mantra, and silence.

There is nothing you need to accomplish here.

You don’t have to arrive with a clear intention.

You don’t have to know exactly what you want to manifest.

You can simply come as you are.

My Invitation to You

I know how easy it is to spend our days giving—to work, to people we love, to responsibilities, to everything that needs our attention.

And sometimes, somewhere along the way, we forget to ask:

How am I?

This practice is my invitation to pause and ask that question again.

To listen to the body.

To feel the breath.

To create a little more space inside.

And perhaps, in that spaciousness, to hear something that has been quietly waiting for your attention.

For me, coming home isn’t about finding somewhere else to go.

It’s remembering that there is already a place within us we can return to.

The Journey

ARRIVE

We begin by slowing down and creating a gentle transition from the outside world into the space within.

BREATHE

Through pranayama, we’ll use the breath as an anchor—settling the nervous system and creating space for awareness.

REST

A guided Yoga Nidra practice invites the body and mind into deep rest, giving you permission to release the need to do.

RECEIVE

Harmonium, voice, mantra, and other gentle sounds will guide us into a space of listening and receiving.

REFLECT

As we approach the final minutes, we’ll return slowly to the body and create space to notice what has shifted, softened, or surfaced.

SET AN INTENTION

With the quiet energy of the New Moon, you’ll have an opportunity to plant an intention—not as something you need to force into being, but as a seed you are willing to nurture.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF…

You feel like you’ve been moving through life a little too quickly.

You’ve been giving a lot and are ready to receive.

You’re craving deep rest, quiet, and a little more space within.

You’re moving through a transition and want to ground yourself before stepping into what comes next.

You feel called to release something you’ve been carrying.

You want to reconnect with your body, breath, and inner rhythm.

Or perhaps you simply feel the quiet pull to spend some time with yourself.

You don’t need a reason to rest.

COME AS YOU ARE

No previous meditation or Yoga Nidra experience is needed.

You don’t need to be flexible.

You don’t need to know how to “do” any of this.

Just bring yourself.

Bring your breath.
Bring your tiredness.
Bring your questions.
Bring your hopes.

And let the rest unfold.

A MOMENT TO PLANT A SEED

The New Moon reminds us that beginnings don’t always arrive loudly.

Sometimes they begin as a whisper.

A feeling.

A quiet knowing.

A small intention held close to the heart.

Perhaps this evening is simply a chance to create the space for that whisper to be heard.

What are you ready to make space for?

What would you like to nurture in the season ahead?

What would it feel like to come home to yourself?
